The spicy and tomato-ey red snapper cocktail is gin’s answer to the bloody Mary. Add a dash of Tobasco sauce for a kick and a stick of celery for a garnish and you’re left with a tasty and sophistcated looking drink.

This version of the cocktail uses OPIHR Gin’s Far East Edition. Inspired by the spicy and smoky culinary trends of this part of the world, this particular gin sees the warm flavours of scechuan pepper and smoky ajwan come together to create a bold and intense richly spiced gin. Add a shot of this to your red snapper mixture and you’ve got an unbeatable cocktail.

While you’re planning your exciting Far East adventure, why not enjoy a taste of the Far East with OPIHR’s spiced red snapper to enjoy a subtle spice kick and an exceptional flavour?
